Sculptra in Fort Lauderdale
Sculptra isn't filler — it's a bio-stimulator. Instead of adding volume directly, it signals your skin to build its own collagen over the following months. The result is subtle, gradual, and unmistakably your own.
Sculptra is an FDA-approved injectable made of poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible material your body breaks down into building blocks for new collagen. Unlike hyaluronic acid filler, Sculptra works by triggering your own regenerative response — results build over 3–6 months and can last up to two years.
- Diffuse facial volume loss (cheeks, temples, jawline)
- Skin laxity and crepey texture
- Long-term collagen rebuilding for patients in their 40s+
- Patients who want gradual change rather than immediate results
A one-hour appointment. Dr. Green reconstitutes the Sculptra solution and injects across targeted areas of the face. You'll be asked to massage the area at home for several days afterward to support even distribution.
Mild swelling for 24–48 hours. You may notice immediate volume from the saline carrier — this fades within a day. The real result builds gradually over the next 3–6 months as collagen forms.
Price varies
Most patients need a series of 2–3 sessions spaced a month apart for full effect. Pricing is per vial.
Sculptra vs. hyaluronic acid filler — what's the difference?
Filler is immediate and reversible. Sculptra is gradual and not reversible. Filler is best for specific lines and contour. Sculptra is best for overall volume and skin quality across larger areas.
How long does Sculptra last?
Up to two years. Some patients return for a single maintenance session at the 18-month mark.
Is it safe?
Sculptra has been used in aesthetic medicine for over two decades and is FDA-approved. The most important factor is technique, which is why Dr. Green performs every Sculptra session herself.
