Filler Dissolution (Hylenex) in Fort Lauderdale
Filler should feel like part of your face — not a layer on top of it. When something doesn't sit right, doesn't move right, doesn't feel like yours, Hylenex dissolves it gently. Quickly, predictably, and back to the version of you you started with.

Your face, back to itself.
Hylenex is the soft undo. An enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid filler safely and leaves the rest of you exactly as it was — including the hyaluronic acid your own skin already makes. Within a day, you'll see the change. Within a week, your face is back to itself. It's the reason we only use reversible filler at Glowtology in the first place.
- Migrated lip or undereye filler
- Filler placed too superficially (Tyndall effect)
- Overfilled cheeks or chin
- Lumps and unevenness from prior treatment

Will dissolving filler change my natural face?
No. Hylenex breaks down hyaluronic acid filler — it doesn't touch the hyaluronic acid your skin makes on its own, and it doesn't damage tissue. What you'll see afterward is the face you'd have without the filler.
Does Hylenex dissolve all filler?
Only hyaluronic acid filler. Permanent fillers like silicone or biostimulators like Sculptra cannot be dissolved with Hylenex. This is one reason we never use permanent filler at Glowtology.
How fast does it work?
Most patients see significant change within 24 hours. Full effect by 7–10 days.
Can I get re-treated after dissolving?
Yes. We typically wait about two weeks for any swelling to fully resolve, then Dr. Green can re-treat with a fresh plan — done correctly this time.
I had filler done somewhere else — can you still dissolve it?
Yes, as long as it's hyaluronic acid filler. Dr. Green dissolves filler placed at other clinics regularly.
The face you remember. The one you've been missing.
Individual results may vary. Outcomes vary by anatomy, history, and goals. Treatment plans are individualized — we'll discuss what's realistic during consultation.
